What counts as one tool on Starter?
Any single TechForCFO tool with all of its features unlocked, connected to one company. Need more than one tool, or more than one entity? The Suite plan covers all 11 tools and up to 3 entities.
Does it write back to QuickBooks?
No. CovenantGuard is read-only. We pull the P&L, balance sheet and supporting reports to derive each ratio; your books are never modified.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin — you only enter billing details if you decide to keep your plan after the trial.
How is the Bookkeeping plan priced?
Bookkeeping includes the full Suite plus a dedicated bookkeeper, priced by your monthly expense volume — from $549/mo. We scope the right tier with you before you commit.
What about security?
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and rotated on every refresh. All data is isolated per user with Postgres row-level security.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — through the Stripe customer portal in your billing settings. There are no long-term contracts on Starter or Suite.
